In the community there is a number of groups, including ageing Cald Australians, newly arrived refugees and skilled migrants with medium level English language literacy, all of which are at risk of being excluded by new technologies that require either, or both, high level English and digital literacy. Digital technologies should be used by libraries and others to facilitate inclusion and address barriers that create exclusion.
