Abstract: The ways in which the Department of Primary Industries Victoria (DPI) provided services to improve the uptake of Rural Financial Counseling Services (RFCS) by culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) farmers are discussed. Some of the challenges faced and ways in which the same were overcome are highlighted.
