Imagine as an adult migrating to a new country and having to start a new job immediately. You do not speak the language, you are unfamiliar with the new culture and practices, you are feeling slightly overwhelmed, disconnected and anxious in your new country and work environment. A newly arrived child or a child with minimal English and no experience in the education and care setting would have this feeling 10 times over. This is why inclusion is paramount and inclusive practice matters.
