Details
Response Options: The response options included: 1) Christianity, 2) Islam, 3) Buddhism, 4) Hinduism, 5) Sikhism, 6) Bahaism, and 7) Judaism.
Response: 710 respondents answered this question.
Results: Of those who identified with a religious group, almost two-thirds (62.1%) were Christian, and just over one-quarter (27%) were Muslim. Other religions represented in the sample include Buddhism (5.4%), Hinduism (2.7%), Sikhism (1.5%), Bahaism (0.7%) and Judaism (0.6%). Compared with the national population of 15 to 25 year-olds, Christians in the sample were underrepresented and Muslims were overrepresented.
