Records in Context - Compendium

The Records in Context - Compendium is a web-based resource designed to document the work of the ICA Experts Group on Archival Description (EGAD) in the development of the Records in Context - Conceptual Model (RiC-CM). As well as representing information drawn directly from the model, this compendium also contains higher level groupings to aid analysis and exploration, as well as resources and information regarding the history, context and evolution of the model. These latter entries do not form part of the formal RiC-CM.

To explore the Records in Context - Compendium use the indexes on the Browse page. Each item in the index is hyperlinked to its related entry. Entries drawn directly from the Records in Context - Conceptual Model have the RiC prefix. Entries documenting the work of the ICA Experts Group on Archival Description have the EGAD prefix.

Versions of the Records in Context - Conceptual Model used to develop this compendium include v0.1 (2016) and early drafts of v0.2 (2018).

This compendium is currently in draft form. If you would like to provide constructive feedback please contact Gavan McCarthy at gavanjm@gmail.com
