Such conditions may be laws, regulations and policies, including policies and requirements pertaining to privacy, security concerns or restrictions; or they may pertain to the physical state of the Record, for example, conditions that require preservation treatment; or they may specify any software/hardware necessary to access the Record.

The attribute may be extended with any number specific attributes.
