Definition
Information about the physical and intellectual arrangement and composition of a Record Resource or Instantiation.

Specification
For Record and Record Part, it encompasses information about the intellectual composition of the record, the presence of record parts and their functions.
For Record Set, it may encompass information about the methodology/criteria used for arrangement (physical/intellectual) of the records within a Record Set.
For Instantiation, it may comprise information about the composition of the physical elements of the instantiation

Extensibility
The attribute may be extended with any number of specific attributes.

Scope Notes
The attribute is not to be confused with Classification attribute, which provides information about the category which the Record Set belongs to within a classification scheme.
Structural information may be included in the Scope and Content attribute when the information is important in the understanding of the content of the Record Resource or Instantiation and when it is not described separately under the Structure attribute.
