Definition
A spoken or written human language represented in the Record Resource or used by the Agent.

Specifications
Information includes the language, the script of the language, and the script transliteration scheme when appropriate.
More than one language may be represented in a Record.
An agent may use one or more languages.
The attribute does not refer to language/script of the description itself.

Extensibility
The attribute may be extended with any number of specific attributes.
